Meet Amy, your certified professional career and systemic team coach.

My route to certified career coach was a circuitous one.

I hold both a science degree and a theology degree, and I appreciate the variety, creativity, and grey areas inherent in these disciplines. I bring a varied collection of interests to the table, and I believe people are holistic beings – there are many parts contributing to what makes us whole.

My professional background includes eleven years as the director for a non-profit organization that specialized in community development. Part of my role was mentoring people in points of transition, and I was good at it – I found my niche. I then pursued certification as a coach and Birkman consultant, and my current career was born.

I take a direct, encouraging approach to my coaching practice. It is my intention that my clients feel supported and safe, while also discovering their own potential for growth. I am convinced that life is a gift, and am committed to helping others enjoy it to the full.
